In the absence of a valid invoice, the warranty period will start from the date of the product's manufacture. If the product invoice date is later than the actual delivery date of the product, the warranty period shall be counted from the actual delivery date of the product.

If any problems can be resolved by installing the specified software update or replacement yourself, we will guide you to obtain and install such software update or replacement. If the above method, not applicable or can not solve the problem, will be near the arrangement of personnel to the scene to support.
